The warmth of the table and the sounds of the ocean are very relaxing - but the gentle rocking motion she uses while loosening up the muscles makes a huge difference. She works in positive affirmations and prays over you the entire time - connecting with Spirit while working out all tension, knots, and sore spots. She has a beautiful singing voice and sings a prayer while totally relaxing you. I know it sounds strange to have someone praying and singing - but it is a whole body and mind experience that is not to be missed!
