One of the good things about this gym is that you can stay as long as you want and also use the equipment like it's a regular gym. They have some free weights in the back and more weights in the backroom where they have classes.

I joined this gym about a year ago when I was trying to get in shape for my wedding. At first I thought that the circuit workout would not be challenging enough or that I would get bored. I was wrong! I couldn't believe what a great workout I could get in just 30 minutes. The staff is great about showing gym members modifications to make on the machines to help fitness goals or to mix up the workout. There is an area in the back of the gym with free weights and ab equipment to supplement your workout. I would usually workout in the early afternoons and there was no wait for the machines or cardio equipment.
I also did about six months of personal training with Ned. He is a great trainer! He kept my workouts interesting and was very careful to choose exercises that would not irritate my existing knee injury. Not only did Ned focus on exercise, he also kept me in check and offered suggestions about food."

I love the circuit system because it keeps you busy. You don't get bored and if something is hard (the crazy ab machine) you know you only have to do it for 1 minute before the magical "switch stations" bell goes off. The circuit ensures that every part of your body gets worked out and that you get cardio in as well."
